Description

We are looking for a sharp, analytically strong Business Analyst to join our team and work directly with our global clients. This is a BA role first — your core strength must be analysis: making sense of messy business problems, structuring requirements, and bringing clarity to what needs to be built. Alongside that, you'll work with our sales team during pre-sales and discovery, joining client calls and contributing to proposals and RFPs when needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Run discovery and requirement-gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes, workflows, and pain points.
  • Analyze business problems and structure them into clear, well-organized requirements. This is the core of the role.
  • Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements in a clear, usable form.
  • Join calls with the sales team during pre-sales and discovery, bringing analytical clarity to client conversations.
  • Contribute to proposals and RFP responses where required, with accurate, well-structured content.
  • Act as a point of contact between clients and internal delivery teams, keeping communication clear and expectations aligned.
  • Effectively utilize AI tools to enhance requirement analysis, documentation, research, and overall productivity.
  • Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders and help resolve ambiguity.
  • Support project scoping and planning alongside project managers and technical leads.
  • Participate in client meetings, demos, and reviews — presenting clearly and handling questions with confidence.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical acumen, the ability to break down vague, ambiguous problems into structured, workable requirements. This is non-negotiable and is the single most important quality for this role.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, or in a closely related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written English. You can communicate clearly and professionally in writing and on calls.
  • The ability to carry yourself well in a client conversation: composed, articulate, and able to think on your feet.
  • Comfort working directly with international clients across different regions, time zones, and cultures.
  • Comfort working alongside the sales team in pre-sales and discovery without losing the BA mindset.
  • Solid documentation and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks without close supervision.

Technical Understanding

  • A working understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and how software projects are delivered.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
  • Enough technical literacy to follow discussions around APIs, databases, and system design — you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be able to keep up.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with global clients
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms such as AEM, Salesforce, SAP and other CMS, ERP, CRM Systems.
  • Familiarity with any specific industry domain (e.g. retail, pharma, hospitality, real estate, FMCG).
  • Experience in a software company, IT consultancy, or digital transformation environment.

Educational Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Business Administration (BBA), or a related field from a reputed institution.

Benefits

  • Attractive Salary for deserving candidates
  • Medical Coverage
  • Yearly Salary Review
  • Weekly two holidays
  • Provident fund
  • Gratuity fund
  • Two festival bonus
  • Monthly Performance Bonus
  • WPPF.
