Description

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma-based system design, component architecture, digital asset development, CDN optimization, and business process modeling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming business requirements into scalable UX systems, building reusable design components, designing end-to-end business workflows in Figma, and converting design assets into development-ready structured outputs aligned with frontend architecture.

Job Responsibilities

UX Design & Figma Expertise 

* Design high-quality user interfaces using Figma 

* Create responsive designs (Web, Tablet, Mobile) 

* Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs 

* Maintain pixel-perfect alignment with design systems 

* Conduct UX research and usability improvements

System Design Principles & Design Architecture

* Define scalable Design Systems using 

* Design Tokens (color, typography, spacing) 

* Component libraries * Grid systems 

* Apply system design principles for enterprise applications 

* Structure component hierarchy for scalability and reuse 

* Design modular UI aligned with frontend architecture 

* Maintain version-controlled design systems

Component & Asset Development with CDN Strategy

* Develop reusable UI components and variants in Figma 

* Convert design components into structured frontend-ready assets 

* Prepare optimized assets (SVG, icons, illustrations) 

* Define CDN strategy for 

* Static assets 

* Shared UI libraries 

* Cross-application usage 

* Ensure performance optimization through proper asset management 

* Work closely with frontend teams for design-to-code alignment

Business Process Design in Figma

* Translate business requirements into visual workflows 

* Customer Journey Maps 

* Process Flow Diagrams 

* System Interaction Diagrams 

* Create end-to-end business process models inside Figma 

* Align UX flows with backend APIs and system architecture 

* Convert process design into development-ready documentation

Design-to-Development Conversion

* Convert Figma designs into structured assets for React / Angular development 

* Provide component specifications for developers 

* Define API mapping based on UX workflows 

* Ensure consistency between design system and implementation 

* Collaborate in Agile sprint cycles

Required Technical Skills

* 5+ years of UX/UI design experience 

* Advanced proficiency in Figma 

* Strong knowledge of Design System creation 

* Experience building reusable component libraries 

* Knowledge of system design principles 

* Experience designing enterprise business workflows 

* Understanding of frontend frameworks (React / Angular – collaboration level) 

* Strong knowledge of responsive design principles 

* Experience working with CDN-based asset distribution

* Good understanding of performance optimization

Preferred Skills

* Experience in Banking / FinTech / Enterprise applications 

* Knowledge of Micro-Frontend architecture alignment 

* Experience collaborating in API-driven environments 

* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for better design feasibility
