Description

We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of fintech software projects, including Digital Banking Platforms, Wallet Solutions, Loan Management Systems, Remittance Platforms, etc. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of fintech systems, and hands-on experience managing software teams and regional client engagements. A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget is essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery of fintech solutions—from initiation to delivery and post-production support.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ontime, within-budget execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, DevOps, Designers, Product Owners, Clients) to ensure smooth sprint execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies—daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives—and lead regular client sync-ups.
• Track and monitor project progress using tools like Jira or OpenProject—oversee task completion, burndown, velocity, team performance, project costs, earned value (CPI), and planned vs. actual performance metrics.
• Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, dependencies, and changes while maintaining compliance with fintech regulations (e.g., KYC, AML, PCI-DSS).
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including SOWs, Change Requests (CRs), UAT signoffs, release notes, and closure reports.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring consistent delivery quality and high client satisfaction across the portfolio.
• Support pre-sales activities
