We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who has hands-on experience in designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital products. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating complex ideas into seamless user experiences, bringing creativity and problem-solving ability to every project.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into functional, aesthetic designs. 
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive user flows that communicate design ideas effectively. 
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and continuously refine designs based on usability testing. 
• Apply design thinking to build solutions that enhance user satisfaction and meet business objectives. 
• Design responsive layouts that ensure consistent experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. 
• Maintain design systems, component libraries, and visual consistency across all digital assets. 
• Support ongoing projects by iterating on existing designs and contributing new ideas to improve usability. 
• Stay up-to-date with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh inspiration to the team. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in BSC, BBA, BA, or a related field. 
• 2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications. 
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design/prototyping tools. 
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design/prototyping tools. 
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography. 
• Ability to conduct user research, interpret data, and incorporate insights into design decisions. 
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JS) is an advantage. 
• Portfolio demonstrating design process, creativity, and attention to detail (required). 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a growth mindset.
