Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This role will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and data management. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee documentation.
  • Support payroll data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in organizing engagement activities, scheduling appraisals, and managing HR events.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to handle employee queries and process improvements.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and updating job postings.
  • Manage candidate communication, follow up on documentation, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Assist in tracking workforce data, updating reports, and supporting HR planning activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from any reputed institution
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and other MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and employees effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of HRIS systems and recruitment tools is a plus.
