We are looking for enthusiastic and curious Cybersecurity Trainees to join CyberStation and begin their careers in cybersecurity through hands-on exposure to real-world security projects and challenges.

This is a working internship, not an observership. Depending on your skills, interests, and business requirements, you may get exposure to areas such as Offensive Security, SOC & Security Operations, Endpoint Security, AI Security, Threat Intelligence, CERT, and Security Research & Awareness.

Job Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Support the cybersecurity team in day-to-day security activities and real-world projects. 
  • Assist with security assessments, monitoring, vulnerability identification, threat analysis, and documentation. 
  • Gain hands-on exposure to security tools, technologies, and methodologies under the guidance of experienced professionals. 
  • Research emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, attack techniques, and security trends. 
  • Support security operations, incident analysis, threat intelligence, or endpoint security activities based on your assigned area. 
  • Contribute to security research, proof-of-concepts, automation, documentation, and awareness initiatives. 
  • Learn to identify security issues, analyze findings, and communicate them in a structured manner. 
  • Continuously explore new cybersecurity concepts, tools, and technologies. 

 

What We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduates or final-year students with a genuine interest in Cybersecurity / Information Security
  • Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, web technologies, or security fundamentals
  • Familiarity with any cybersecurity tools, platforms, or technologies is a plus but not mandatory
  • Hands-on learning through platforms such as TryHackMe, Hack The Box, PortSwigger, home labs, CTFs, or personal projects will be an advantage. 
  • Basic knowledge of Python, Bash, Linux, Windows, SIEM, penetration testing, threat intelligence, or AI/LLMs is a plus. 
  • Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to investigate and learn independently. 
  • Good communication and documentation skills. 
  • Curiosity, learning mindset, ownership, and willingness to explore are more important than having extensive technical knowledge.
