Description

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the management of multiple projects simultaneously within a demanding program environment. You will work closely with Agile/Scrum teams and internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SDLC, QMS processes, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe), combined with strong leadership, negotiation, and presales capabilities. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects within a larger program, coordinating Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. 
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, with a strong focus on project deliverables, timelines, quality standards, and risk management. 
  • Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Confluence for efficient task management, project reporting, and dashboard creation. 
  • Oversee QMS processes aligned with ISO9001 and ISO27001 ISMS standards, ensuring compliance and maintaining quality across all deliverables. 
  • Engage in presales activities, including the preparation and presentation of tenders/RFPs, project estimations, solution proposals, and client vetting processes. 
  • Lead stakeholder management, maintaining effective communication, negotiation, and coordination with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders. 
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, change requests, and escalations while ensuring alignment with program objectives. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in team performance, delivery processes, and Agile maturity across teams. 
  • Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery, CI/CD alignment, release management, and post-development support. 
  • Prepare and present project KPIs, executive status reports, project health metrics, and governance updates for senior management and clients. 
  • Support the delivery of digital transformation and emerging technology initiatives, including cloud-based and AI-enabled solutions where applicable. 

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, with a proven track record of managing programs and projects for large global enterprises. 
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and end-to-end SDLC processes; experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments is a plus. 
  • Expertise in project management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence; advanced Excel skills are required. Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with QMS processes following ISO9001 and ISO27001 ISMS standards; knowledge of CMMI is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive alignment across multiple teams and business units. 
  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams (Development, QA, BA, DevOps, Operations) in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
  • Good understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and post-production support processes. 
  • Strong experience in project KPI tracking, status reporting, project governance, and executive reporting. 
  • Experience in presales, including tender/RFP preparation, project estimation, solution scoping, and client vetting. 
  • Exposure to Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Banking, Telco, or other regulated industries is a plus but not mandatory. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or other relevant project management certifications are advantageous. 
  • Previous exposure to enterprise-level software development projects and large-scale digital transformation initiatives. 
  • Experience managing cloud, data, analytics, or AI/GenAI-related projects is an advantage. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous process improvement, delivery excellence, and customer satisfaction.
