Brain Station 23 PLC. Is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead. The expectation from the Talent Acquisition Lead is to lead and optimize a high-performance Talent Acquisition function that ensures timely, high-quality, and cost-effective hiring aligned with business needs and growth plans.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities and workforce plans
  • Partner with HRBP and business leaders to understand hiring demand and plan execution
  • Ensure timely and quality closure of positions while maintaining hiring standards
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key and recurring roles
  • Design and implement structured assessment frameworks (technical + behavioral fit)
  • Track and improve key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rate)
  • Drive process improvement, employer branding, and candidate experience excellence

 

Skills & Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in IT/services environment)
  • Strong understanding of talent market, sourcing strategies, and hiring dynamics
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track and improve hiring performance
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
