Description

Brain Station 23 PLC is looking for a highly accomplished Manager / Senior Manager, Sales with a strong background in software sales and extensive experience selling eLearning/LMS, Insurance, and FinTech solutions. The ideal candidate will bring 6–12 years of experience, a proven ability to lead and scale high-performing sales teams, and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS and enterprise software sales. This role carries full ownership of revenue growth, strategy execution, and team performance. 

Job Responsibilities

Software Sales & Revenue Ownership  

  • Lead and drive end-to-end software sales for eLearning/LMS, Insurance, and FinTech solutions, along with other digital transformation and IT services offered by BS23. 
  • Own the complete software sales lifecycle: lead generation, product positioning, demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure. 
  • Personally manage strategic and high-value enterprise software deals
  • Ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

 

Leadership & Sales Team Management 

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the entire Sales team, driving performance, accountability, and continuous growth. 
  • Define and execute sales strategies, KPIs, pipelines, forecasting, and reporting mechanisms
  • Take full ownership of team targets, execution quality, and sales governance
  • Collaborate closely with technical, product, marketing, and delivery teams to align offerings with client needs. 

 

Client Engagement & Market Expansion 

  • Conduct and oversee professional software product demos, presentations, and requirement discovery sessions across eLearning/LMS, Insurance, and FinTech domains
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business, renewals, and upsell opportunities
  • Leverage domain knowledge to identify industry-specific opportunities, partnerships, and new markets
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor landscapes, SaaS pricing models, and emerging technologies across the targeted industries. 

 

Skills & Qualifications 

Must-Have Requirements  

  • Strong, proven experience in software sales (B2B SaaS / enterprise software) — mandatory
  • 6–12 years of total sales experience, including leadership responsibilities. 
  • Demonstrated experience selling solutions within eLearning/LMS, Insurance, and FinTech domains
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and scale a sales team
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding software sales targets
  • Ability to independently conduct high-impact software demos and manage complex, technical sales discussions. 

 

Additional Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a relevant field 
  • Solid understanding of digital transformation, SaaS products, and enterprise software ecosystems
