Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive, Sales to drive business growth across our digital transformation and enterprise technology services.

In this role, you will identify and engage enterprise clients, manage sales opportunities, conduct consultative solution discussions, and support strategic business development initiatives. You will work closely with business and technical teams to position tailored technology solutions that address clients' business challenges and transformation goals.

Job Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Identify and engage potential clients across industries through LinkedIn, referrals, industry events, strategic partnerships, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline using CRM platforms (Odoo or similar).
  • Identify opportunities related to digital transformation, enterprise platforms, cloud services, managed services, and technology consulting.

Client Engagement & Solution Selling

  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements.
  • Engage with key stakeholders including business leaders, technology teams, and decision-makers.
  • Present tailored solutions and value propositions aligned with client goals.

Sales Execution

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop proposals, estimates, and solution recommendations.
  • Conduct solution presentations, workshops, and client meetings.

Partnership & Market Development

  • Build relationships with technology partners, industry associations, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Support business development initiatives, campaigns, webinars, and industry events.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

 

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, IT Services Sales, Technology Consulting Sales, SaaS Sales, or Digital Transformation Sales.
  • Experience selling enterprise technology solutions, software services, managed services, or technology consulting engagements.
  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based sales approaches.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
