Brain Station 23 PLC is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Executive, Sales to join our growth team. You will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing deals within our core verticals: eLearning/LMS and FinTech. This is a high-impact role for a sales professional who excels at building relationships, navigating complex B2B sales cycles, and delivering tailored software solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Software Sales & Revenue Contribution

  • Execute software sales activities for eLearning/LMS and FinTech solutions, along with other digital transformation and IT services offered by BS23.
  • Manage assigned portions of the software sales lifecycle, including lead follow-ups, requirement understanding, product positioning, demos, proposal support, and deal coordination.
  • Support senior sales leaders in managing enterprise and high-value deals, while independently closing small to mid-size opportunities.
  • Consistently work towards achieving individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, CRM updates, and pipeline status.

 

Sales Execution & Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers, technical teams, and pre-sales to ensure smooth sales execution.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, pricing discussions, and client documentation.
  • Follow defined sales processes, KPIs, and reporting structures to ensure execution quality.
  • Participate in internal sales reviews, pipeline discussions, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrate ownership of assigned accounts and leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and client responsiveness.

 

Client Engagement & Market Support

  • Conduct or support software demos, product presentations, and requirement discovery sessions under guidance.
  • Build professional relationships with prospects and clients to support repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Gain domain exposure across eLearning/LMS, Insurance, and FinTech sectors to better understand client needs.
  • Monitor basic market trends, competitor offerings, and SaaS pricing models to support sales conversations.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, calls, and client communications.

 

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in software sales or B2B solution sales (SaaS/IT services preferred).
  • Basic experience or exposure to selling eLearning/LMS, FinTech, or Insurance solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
  • Target-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in enterprise software sales.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with the team.

 

Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Foundational understanding of SaaS products, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions.
  • Good negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Proactive, disciplined, and execution-focused attitude.
  • Strong interest in building a long-term career in software and enterprise sales.
