Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive – Organizational Development to join our dynamic HR team. This role plays a key part in enhancing organizational efficiency through process improvement, employee engagement initiatives, and strategic HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR processes, strong HR analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to support data-driven decision-making and change management efforts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement the HR system directly, ensuring functionality, integration, and usability, while driving continuous process improvements.
  • Independently design and execute process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency across all HR functions.
  • Actively facilitate organizational change efforts by crafting clear communication plans and supporting smooth transitions.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys, manage feedback loops, and administer performance appraisal processes end-to-end.
  • Design and maintain performance appraisal tools, calibration mechanisms, and evaluation guidelines to ensure fairness and effectiveness.
  • Collect compensation and salary data, perform benchmarking analysis, and generate actionable insights for adjustments.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present HR reports, metrics, and organizational trend data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain, organize, and update HR documentation with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.
  • Directly support the development of employee scorecards, workforce planning frameworks, and talent gap analyses.
  • Execute strategic HR projects hands-on and manage associated administrative duties effectively.
  • Handle employee relations cases, implement performance improvement actions, and maintain required documentation workflows.

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, organizational development, or HR analytics. 
  • Strong command over HRIS, reporting tools (ERP, Microsoft Office, G Suit, HR analytics software). 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured and detail-oriented approach. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

 

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience in change management, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and performance appraisal systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
