We are seeking Senior Executive, Business Development with proven experience in Insurance, eLearning, and Global Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of international business environments, client needs, and the ability to translate those needs into effective digital solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and establish strong relationships with potential clients across Insurance and eLearning sectors.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies targeting global markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align technical capabilities and business offerings with client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and negotiation to deal closure and post-sales coordination.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Support management in forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning initiatives.
Requirements:
- 4 Years Bachelor’s Degree in CSE, EE or BBA and Master’s degree in Business Administration, CSE, EEE, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of proven experience in Business Development or Global Sales, preferably within Insurance or eLearning domains.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly in international markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital transformation projects.
- Understanding of insurance operations and eLearning delivery models.
- Familiarity with global sales cultures and remote collaboration practices.
