We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive (Odoo) responsible for promoting and selling our Odoo-based software solutions. You will engage with both local and international clients, understand their unique business needs, and offer tailored ERP solutions. The ideal candidate is confident, outgoing, and driven to grow in the tech sales domain. A strong focus on client satisfaction, effective communication, and a genuine eagerness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell our Odoo-based software products to clients.
  • Participate in international sales activities and communicate with global partners.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and visits.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain documentation of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Travel frequently within Dhaka city for meetings and follow-ups.

 

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a CSE or BBA background.
  • Outgoing and confident personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Actively involved in extracurricular or leadership activities.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills (preferred).
  • Willing to learn software systems and sales techniques.
  • Desire to develop negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable with regular field visits.
  • Basic experience in preparing client-facing documentation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a strong advantage.
  • Prior business development experience is a plus.
