Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within the Telco & PNC Strategic Business Unit (SBU). The incumbent will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, client expectations, timelines, and budgets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for Telco & PNC clients and internal initiatives. 
  • Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, QA, Business Development, and clients. 
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. 
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. 
  • Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and status reporting. 
  • Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and project governance.  
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.  
     

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT, Telecom, or Digital Services industry. 
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies. 
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. 
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
