We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager (Fintech) to lead complex, cross-functional projects, ensure timely delivery, and align every milestone with strategic business goals.

Job Responsibilities

Planning & Strategy

• Lead end-to-end fintech project lifecycles ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Oversee project governance across portfolios — including roadmaps, resources, and prioritization.
• Align project objectives with business goals and organizational strategies.

Execution & Delivery

• Collaborate with IT, business, and product teams to integrate fintech systems and processes.
• Support solution architecture and technical troubleshooting.
• Drive issue tracking, risk management, and problem resolution across teams.
• Capture and analyze project data for informed decision-making and reporting.

Governance & Process Improvement

• Contribute to PMO development by defining best practices, templates, and frameworks.
• Track realization of business benefits through effective project and portfolio management.
• Enhance delivery quality through process reengineering, change management, and data analysis.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate project updates, risks, and results to global stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings ensuring collaboration and alignment.
• Build lasting partnerships with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
   

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in fintech or related technology domains.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, integrations, and digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience in business case development, contract management, and data-driven reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.

💼 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
• Agile certification (CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO) is a plus.
• Familiarity with fintech regulatory frameworks and digital banking systems.
