We are looking for a Presales & Solution Consultant who can bridge the gap between client problems and executable solutions. Someone who can enter a discovery conversation, uncover the real business need behind the stated requirement, and translate that into a solution that is both commercially strong and technically deliverable.
 

This role is not about creating slide decks or responding to RFPs in isolation. It is about shaping deals — making sure what we propose is something we can confidently deliver, while still being compelling enough to win. You will work across FinTech and AI solutions, where clarity, speed, and judgment matter as much as technical understanding.
 

Fintech23 is the FinTech business unit of Brain Station 23 PLC, building digital banking, lending, payments, remittance, eKYC, AML, and AI-driven automation solutions for clients across Bangladesh and international markets. Job Responsibilities

  • Lead structured client discovery sessions to understand business goals, workflows, constraints, and technical environments
  • Translate client requirements into validated problem statements, separating stated needs from actual business needs
  • Design end-to-end solution approaches across FinTech and AI domains, including phased delivery models and implementation strategies
  • Define functional scope, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, and delivery risks in collaboration with technical teams
  • Create solution architectures at a high level in coordination with engineering and architecture teams
  • Develop commercial-ready proposals including RFP/RFQ responses, solution decks, capability documents, and one-pagers
  • Prepare compliance matrices, scope breakdowns, rollout plans, and delivery roadmaps for client submissions
  • Articulate clear value propositions and positioning narratives tailored to client context and market alternatives
  • Ensure solution feasibility by aligning closely with product, engineering, DevOps, QA, and delivery teams early in the presales cycle
  • Support pricing and commercial structuring discussions in collaboration with leadership
  • Manage end-to-end presales lifecycle from qualified opportunity intake to final proposal submission
  • Handle client clarification cycles, revising solutions and proposals based on feedback and evolving requirements
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams with complete documentation of scope, assumptions, risks, and expectations
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and proposal creation while maintaining full accountability for quality and accuracy

Requirements / Required Skills

  • 5–8 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, business analysis, product consulting, or business development roles
  • Strong expertise in client-facing solution design and proposal development for enterprise or institutional clients
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to produce structured, persuasive, client-ready documents
  • Strong discovery skills with the ability to ask the right questions and uncover underlying business problems
  • Ability to bridge business requirements with technical architecture and delivery considerations
  • Experience working with complex B2B or enterprise systems with multiple stakeholders and constraints
  • Strong understanding of scope management, delivery trade-offs, timelines, and commercial feasibility
  • Familiarity with FinTech domains such as digital banking, lending, payments, wallets, remittance, eKYC, AML, or core banking integration
  • Exposure to enterprise AI, automation, or data-driven solution design is highly desirable
  • Comfortable working across cross-functional teams including engineering, product, architecture, QA, and commercial teams
  • Proficiency with business tools such as PowerPoint, Google Workspace, CRM systems, Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools like Miro or Figma
  • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple opportunities, and maintain ownership from discovery to proposal submission
  • Strong judgment in balancing ambition with delivery reality, ensuring proposals are executable and not over-promised
  • Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows while validating outputs with strong professional judgment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital banking, digital lending, wallets, payments, or remittance platforms
  • Familiarity with eKYC, AML, fraud detection, sanctions screening, or transaction monitoring systems
  • Exposure to core banking systems, API integrations, or enterprise system architectures
  • Experience in AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, workflow automation, predictive analytics, or intelligent operations
  • Prior work in system integrators, software houses, or consulting environments handling enterprise clients
  • Experience creating RFP responses, enterprise proposals, or solution architecture documents at scale
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, procurement processes, and stakeholder management
  • Experience supporting international clients or cross-border solution delivery
