We are looking for some sharp, driven, and commercially minded graduate to join our Software Sales team as a Business Development Executive. This is not a support role — it is a frontline business development position for individuals who thrive under pressure, communicate with conviction, and have the competitive instinct to win in international markets.

Job Responsibilities

1. Business Development (Primary Focus)

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with international clients across target geographies
  • Build a healthy, self-managed pipeline of qualified prospects and actively move deals through the sales cycle
  • Engage decision-makers at international companies and position our software and digital services as the right solution
  • Negotiate, handle objections, and convert conversations into commercial outcomes

2. Client Communication & Pitching

  • Lead professional outreach and first-contact conversations via email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and articulate tailored value propositions
  • Support and participate in software and service demonstrations for international prospects
  • Maintain consistent, high-quality engagement throughout the full sales cycle

3. Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Research and qualify potential clients across global markets using LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and curated databases
  • Build and maintain an accurate, up-to-date lead pipeline in CRM tools
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure proposals are well-scoped and commercially sound

4. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in key international markets
  • Develop working knowledge of our service areas: AI Integration, Cybersecurity, Resource Augmentation, Managed Services, and MVP Development
  • Stay current with developments in AI-assisted sales, AI tools, outreach automation, digital outreach best practices and global B2B practices

 

Who We Are Looking For

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science & Engineering, or a related field from a reputed university.
  • Strong English communication skills — written, verbal, and presentational
  • High pressure tolerance — you remain composed, clear, and effective when stakes are high
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset

 

Strong Advantage

  • Applicants with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or similar roles in a related industry will be preferred
  • Background in debate, competitive sports, model UN, or any environment requiring argumentation and performance under scrutiny
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, or direct client handling
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales pipeline management
  • Basic understanding of software services, digital products, or technology solutions
