As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting Odoo solutions for our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure seamless project execution and successful digital transformation. 

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities

Client Project Execution

  • Analyze and understand client business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions
  • Prepare requirement documentation and present process flows to clients
  • Configure Odoo applications based on business needs
  • Provide functional support across multiple modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM)
  • Conduct on-site training and user workshops
  • Collaborate with technical/development teams for customizations
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and assist end users with solutions
  • Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure delivery quality
     

Pre-Sales Support

  • Understand prospect requirements and propose tailored Odoo solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations for leads and clients
  • Support effort estimation and contribute to proposal preparation

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing Odoo modules
  • Total work experience: Not more than 7 years
  • Strong understanding of Odoo workflows, business processes, and module interdependencies
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to map business processes to Odoo functionalities
  • Ability to create clear, comprehensive documentation and functional specifications


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Odoo.sh or on-premise deployments
  • Odoo Certification
