Description

We run NetSuite as our system of record for finance and operations, with a meaningful layer of customization built up over several years. We're looking for a developer who can step into that environment, get fluent in what already exists, and extend it safely. This is not a greenfield build — comfort working inside someone else's design decisions is the core of the job.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain SuiteScript 2.x customizations (User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, RESTlets, Suitelets)
  • Take ownership of existing scripts, workflows, and custom records — trace behavior, document what you find, and improve it incrementally
  • Configure and troubleshoot SuiteFlow workflows, saved searches, custom fields/records, and role-based permissions
  • Support integrations between NetSuite and adjacent systems (CRM, middleware, third-party services) via RESTlets, SuiteTalk, and iPaaS connections
  • Partner with finance and operations stakeholders to translate process needs into technical solutions
  • Follow disciplined SDLC practices: sandbox development, testing, documented deployments

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years of hands-on NetSuite development experience
  • Strong SuiteScript 2.x proficiency; solid SuiteQL/saved search skills
  • Demonstrated experience inheriting and maintaining an existing customized NetSuite instance
  • Working knowledge of core NetSuite modules (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, billing, revenue)
  • Ability to reverse-engineer undocumented logic and explain it clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable owning work end-to-end with limited hand-holding

Nice to have

  • SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) and source-control-based deployment
  • Experience with an iPaaS platform (Boomi)
  • NetSuite certification (SuiteFoundation or Developer)
  • Exposure to logistics, distribution, or services businesses

Benefits

  • Attractive Salary for deserving candidates
  • Medical Coverage
  • Yearly Salary Review
  • Weekly two holidays
  • Provident fund
  • Gratuity fund
  • Two festival bonus
  • Monthly Performance Bonus
  • WPPF.
