Description
Brain Station 23 PLC is looking for a highly motivated Manager, Sales with mandatory experience in selling FinTech solutions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in promoting and closing deals for financial technology products and should be confident in selling our broader digital transformation and IT services.
Job Responsibilities
- Sell and promote Brain Station 23’s FinTech solutions (e.g., payment systems, digital banking, lending platforms, financial automation tools) to banks, financial institutions, fintech startups, and enterprise clients.
- Conduct impactful product demos, presentations, and requirement discovery sessions tailored to FinTech solutions.
- Build and maintain an active sales pipeline through continuous lead generation, cold outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
- Understand client pain points and collaborate with internal technical teams to create customized FinTech proposals and solutions.
- Own the complete sales cycle including lead generation, product positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the FinTech industry.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, sales reports, and necessary documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in selling FinTech solutions (mandatory).
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets within the FinTech or financial services domain.
- Strong understanding of FinTech products such as payment gateways, digital wallets, core banking systems, or lending platforms.
- Ability to run professional product demos and handle technical discussions related to FinTech solutions.
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any relevant field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in B2B sales within IT/software services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of digital transformation technologies and SaaS products.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
