Brain Station 23 PLC is looking for a highly motivated Manager, Sales with strong experience in B2B software and IT solution and service sales across global markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving both inbound and outbound sales initiatives, with a primary focus on selling software solutions, IT services, AI based IT solution and consultancy, enterprise applications, SaaS products, and digital transformation services. 

This role requires a results-driven sales professional who can independently manage the full sales lifecycle, build a strong global pipeline, and consistently close software and IT services deals with enterprise clients. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and executing inbound and outbound sales strategies for AI-enabled software solutions, IT services, digital transformation solutions, and technology consultancy services across global markets. The role includes understanding client requirements, presenting solution-oriented offerings, building strong business relationships, and driving business growth through consultative and value-driven sales approaches.  
  • Responsible for analyzing customer business requirements and leveraging AI tools to prepare high-level feature lists, preliminary project estimations, presentations, proposals, and other necessary sales and pre-sales documentation.   
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate client requirements into solution-oriented concepts and support the overall sales process effectively.  
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.  
  • Promote and sell software solutions including enterprise applications, SaaS products, and custom-built digital solutions.  
  • Conduct client meetings, discovery sessions, product demos, and presentations tailored to software and digital solutions.  
  • Build and maintain a strong global sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, partnerships, and continuous follow-ups.  
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design tailored software solutions.  
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and ensure consistent sales growth.  
  • Maintain strong client relationships for renewals, upselling, and long-term business opportunities.  
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, RFP responses, and related documentation.  
  • Stay updated with software industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.  

 

Skills & Qualifications 

Must-Have Requirements 

  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B software/IT solution sales (mandatory).  
  • Proven track record of selling software products, services, SaaS, or enterprise IT solutions.  
  • Strong experience in global B2B sales and enterprise client handling.  
  • Ability to manage complete software sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing.  
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills.  
  • Experience in conducting software demos and solution-based selling.  

 

Additional Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).  
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, and digital transformation solutions.  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  
  • Experience with CRM tools and structured sales pipeline management.  
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
