We are seeking a results-driven Manager, Sales – ERP Solutions to join our team, focusing on enterprise ERP and digital transformation solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing leads through CRM platforms, conducting impactful product demonstrations, and driving successful deal closures. You will also collaborate with strategic partners and industry networks to expand market reach. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to translate complex ERP solutions into tangible business value for clients.
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential clients across industries such as manufacturing, retail, distribution, healthcare, services, and enterprise businesses.
- Generate leads through digital channels, industry events, business networks, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Maintain and manage leads in CRM (Odoo or similar) with proper segmentation, qualification, and follow-up tracking.
- Identify opportunities for ERP implementation, customization, integration, migration, and support services.
2. Outreach & Engagement
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls, business communities, and industry events.
- Engage with inbound leads from website inquiries, marketing campaigns, and partner referrals to ensure timely response.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including business owners, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, IT Managers, and department heads.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business processes, operational challenges, and digital transformation goals.
3. Sales Conversion
- Analyze client business requirements and propose tailored ERP solutions aligned with their operational and strategic objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and solution consultations.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle (Lead → Opportunity → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure) within CRM.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, and successfully close deals.
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and customer onboarding teams.
4. Partnership & Collaboration
- Collaborate with technology partners, implementation partners, industry associations, and consulting firms to generate business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, implementation, development, support, and marketing, to ensure solution alignment and successful delivery.
- Support co-marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, and partnership programs to expand market reach and brand awareness.
- Contribute to strategic business development initiatives and market expansion efforts.
5. Reporting & Optimization
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records for all sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales pipeline status, revenue forecasts, conversion rates, and business performance metrics.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies and solution offerings.
- Continuously optimize sales processes and customer engagement strategies to maximize revenue growth.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in ERP Sales, Enterprise Software Sales, B2B SaaS Sales, or Digital Transformation Solutions.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and enterprise operations across multiple industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into value-driven ERP solutions.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (preferably Odoo or similar platforms).
- Strong business acumen with a consultative sales approach.
- Self-driven, proactive, target-oriented, and focused on building long-term client relationships.
- Experience in selling ERP implementation, customization, integration, or enterprise software solutions will be considered an advantage.
