Description
Brain Station 23 PLC is looking for a highly motivated Manager, Sales with mandatory experience in selling LMS/eLearning platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in promoting and closing deals for LMS/eLearning solutions and should be confident in selling our other digital transformation and IT services.
Job Responsibilities
- Sell and promote Brain Station 23’s E-Learning/LMS platform to corporate clients, educational institutions, training companies, and other relevant sectors.
- Conduct impactful product demos, presentations, and requirement discovery sessions for LMS/eLearning solutions.
- Build and maintain an active sales pipeline through continuous lead generation, cold outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
- Understand client pain points and collaborate with internal technical teams to create tailored LMS/eLearning proposals.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in the eLearning industry.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, sales reports, and necessary documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in selling LMS/eLearning platforms (mandatory).
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in the LMS/eLearning domain.
- Ability to run professional product demos and handle technical queries related to LMS solutions.
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any relevant field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in B2B sales within IT/software services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of digital transformation technologies and SaaS products.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
