Brain Station 23 is looking for an experienced IT Enterprise Manager to lead the management and support of merchant settlement systems, enterprise applications, and data platforms. This role will ensure operational stability, timely merchant settlements, and reliable data delivery, and is accountable for system availability, incident management, data integration, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and support merchant settlement systems to ensure timely and accurate settlement processing.
- Lead application support activities, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Monitor system performance and drive resolution of production issues to maintain service availability.
- Oversee data warehousing, ETL/data pipeline processes, and data quality management.
- Collaborate with business users, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver system enhancements and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and drive operational excellence and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application support, payment/settlement systems, or financial technology environments.
- Strong knowledge of production support, incident management, and system operations.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, SQL, and database technologies is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with payment processing, merchant settlement, or banking systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
