We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Lead Shopify Developer to drive our team forward, enhance our capabilities, and lead the successful delivery of client projects. Our team specializes in Shopify development, working with a diverse range of Shopify clients. With 16 published Shopify apps, verified Shopify developers, and an ongoing Shopify theme development project, we have established strong expertise in the Shopify ecosystem

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Shopify development team (small to medium-sized) and ensure efficient project execution.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify apps, themes, and integrations, including Shopify POS solutions.
• Design and implement scalable Shopify stores with optimized UI/UX and performance.
• Ensure best practices in Shopify Liquid, GraphQL, REST APIs, and Shopify Plus development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality Shopify solutions.
• Optimize and troubleshoot Shopify applications to improve user experience and site performance.
• Stay updated with the latest Shopify trends, tools, and technologies to keep the team ahead of the curve.
• Train, mentor, and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and performance.
• Communicate with stakeholders and clients to understand business needs and provide technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-5 years of hands-on Shopify development experience
• Proven experience in Shopify app, theme, and store development, including custom functionalities and integrations.
• Strong expertise in Shopify Liquid, JavaScript, React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience in Shopify Plus, Shopify Payments, and Shopify POS integration is a plus.
• Previous experience in leading and managing a development team.
• Ability to take ownership, work proactively, and lead projects from conception to deployment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
