Description

We are looking for an experienced mid-level growth professional to drive enterprise and mid-market pipeline development for our IT and software services business. This role focuses on structured account development, regional opportunity creation, and building predictable revenue momentum across Malaysia and ASEAN markets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and manage enterprise & mid-market sales pipelines
  • You’ve personally built RM 2–3M pipelines and know how to convert the right opportunities into RM 800k –1M+ revenue
  • Identify and map target accounts and decision-makers
  • Drive opportunity progression from prospecting to deal closure
  • Work closely with delivery and leadership to align solutions with client needs
  • Contribute to long-term sales structure and regional expansion

 

Requirements

  • Four years and above experience
  • Proven experience in IT/technology services sales
  • Strong track record in pipeline creation and deal progression
  • Ability to engage enterprise stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Malaysian nationality, based in Kuala Lumpur
