Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of product planning, execution, and delivery. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, driving marketing plans, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mix of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution abilities who is passionate about shaping the future of AI and digital products. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies to uplift subscription sales and product adoption for existing digital products. 
  • Create value for end users by ensuring product decisions directly address customer pain points. 
  • Plan and design new products in line with market demand, technological opportunities, and business strategy. 
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 
  • Gather and prioritize customer requirements, market insights, and stakeholder feedback. 
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and post-launch improvements. 
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle—from ideation, validation, and development to launch, iteration, and scaling. 
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics (KPIs) to evaluate success and identify areas for optimization. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product innovation and positioning. 
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs in every decision-making process. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in AI, SaaS, and emerging digital technologies, to ensure products remain competitive and relevant. 
     

Requirements 

  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Product Management or a related role (software, SaaS, or digital product background preferred). 
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategies, and subscription-driven business models
  • Proven ability to design and execute marketing or growth strategies for digital/AI-based products. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. 
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams. 
  • Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into successful product solutions

 

Nice to Have 

  • Prior experience managing AI-based products or data-driven applications. 
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar). 
  • Certifications such as Pragmatic Institute PM, CSPO, or PMP. 
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer journey design.
