Description
We are looking for Some dynamic and business-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate closely with Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and leadership teams to drive workforce effectiveness, operational excellence, and people strategy alignment across the organization.
The incumbent will play a key role in workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, capability development, and business partnering while ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR initiatives. This role requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of workforce dynamics within the IT services industry.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Partner closely with SBU Heads and business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and operational priorities
- Support workforce planning activities including hiring forecasts, resource deployment, succession planning, and capacity management
- Act as a strategic bridge between business units and HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Operations
Workforce Planning & Resource Optimization
- Monitor workforce utilization, bench strength, billable allocation, productivity trends, and resource efficiency
- Analyze workforce data and generate actionable insights for leadership decision-making
- Support internal mobility, cross-functional movement, and redeployment initiatives prior to external hiring
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure optimal workforce allocation based on business demands
Performance & Capability Management
- Drive performance management processes including goal setting, tracking, performance reviews, and development planning
- Identify competency and skill gaps within SBUs and coordinate with Learning & Development teams for capability enhancement initiatives
- Support leadership teams in strengthening team effectiveness and high-performance culture practices
Employee Lifecycle & Engagement
- Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management including onboarding, internal movement, promotion, transfer, and exit management within assigned SBUs
- Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and culture alignment activities
- Assist managers in handling employee concerns, conflict resolution, and people-related challenges effectively
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare and present HR dashboards, workforce analytics, utilization reports, and productivity insights
- Utilize HR metrics and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Recommend strategic interventions based on workforce and business analysis
Required Skills & Competencies
- 5 ~ 8+ years HR experience (preferably in IT/services)
- Strong understanding of HR Business Partnering functions within IT/software services organizations
- Sound knowledge of workforce planning, resource management, and delivery-driven operational models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with experience interpreting workforce metrics and productivity data
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Strong conflict resolution and employee relationship management capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and HR analytics tools
