Description

We are seeking a results-driven Salesperson to join our nopStation team, focusing on enterprise eCommerce and software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing leads through our Odoo CRM, conducting impactful product demos, and driving successful deal closures. You will also collaborate with global partner networks, including nopCommerce, Optimizely, and ABP, to expand market reach. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to translate complex products into business value for clients.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients including nopCommerce, Optimizely, ABP users, and agencies.
  • Add and manage leads in Odoo CRM with proper tagging, qualification, and follow-up.

2. Outreach & Engagement

  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and industry events.
  • Follow up on inbound leads from website, partners, and campaigns to ensure timely engagement.

3. Sales Conversion

  • Conduct product demos and deliver tailored proposals based on client needs.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline in Odoo CRM (Lead → Opportunity → Deal).
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a smooth client onboarding experience.

4. Partnership & Collaboration

  • Work with nopCommerce, Optimizely, and ABP partner networks for co-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Brain Station 23’s marketing and product teams to align offerings.
  • Support joint initiatives with global partners to expand reach and strengthen partnerships.

5. Reporting & Optimization

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and update the pipeline regularly.
  • Provide weekly reports on leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
  • Share client feedback with product/marketing teams to drive continuous improvement.

 

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Enterprise Software Sales (preferably in eCommerce, ERP, or SaaS).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical products and explain their business value to clients.
  • Experience with CRM tools (preferably Odoo) and structured sales processes.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented, with a passion for building long-term client relationships.
