Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (Odoo) with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementations, business analysis, and client support. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our clients and the technical team, translating business needs into effective Odoo-based solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client business processes and map them to Odoo functionalities.
  • Configure, customize, and deploy Odoo modules as per business requirements.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to define and test custom features.
  • Lead client meetings, gather functional requirements, and provide project updates.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities such as demo presentations and scoping.
  • Assist in data migration, integration, and testing.
  • Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and test cases.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Odoo)
  • In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, and Manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Odoo Community and/or Enterprise editions.
  • Basic understanding of workflows, database structure, and ERP processes.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Odoo certification (v17 and above) is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, MS Teams).
  • Understanding of API integrations and third-party apps.
