Description

We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications using Ruby on Rails. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for clean, scalable, and efficient code.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient, scalable, and secure back-end Ruby on Rails applications.
• Ability to develop Full Stack Ruby on Rails development.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices..
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Fluent in writing and speaking in English for client communication

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails development.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture and database design (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Must have familiarity with both RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and preferably in React (a big plus).
• Proficiency in writing RSpec for unit and integration testing.
• Familiarity with background jobs (Sidekiq, Resque) and caching strategies with Redis.
• Must be familiar with Docker. Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines are preferred but not required.
• Understanding of version control using Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• “Can do attitude”. Candidate’s mindset should be open to work with any technology.
