Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with clients, product owners, designers, and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Conduct requirement analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Prepare BRD, SRS, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Support development and QA teams during design, development, and testing phases.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
   

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software/IT industry.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Highly proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Familiarity with documentation and productivity tools such as Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Understanding of process modeling and diagram tools like Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, or Miro.
• Experience with requirement tracking, backlog management, and workflow documentation.
