Brain Station 23 PLC. is looking for an experienced Culture & People Experience Lead. The Culture & People Experience Lead is expected to shape and drive a high-performance, value-driven organizational culture by enhancing employee experience, strengthening engagement, and leading effective internal communication, ensuring alignment between people, leadership, and business goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive organizational culture initiatives aligned with business growth and leadership expectations
  • Design employee engagement and retention strategies based on workforce insights
  • Lead internal communication across organizational updates, policies, and leadership messaging
  • Support change management communication for organizational transformation initiatives
  • Strengthen employer branding through employee storytelling and engagement campaigns
  • Improve employee experience across the full employee lifecycle
  • Track engagement trends and recommend interventions to improve retention and performance culture
  • Partner with HRBP and leadership to ensure culture and engagement initiatives translate into business impact


Skills & Experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in HR, Culture, Engagement, or Internal Communication roles
  • Strong communication and storytelling ability (written and verbal)
  • Good understanding of organizational culture, employee behavior, and engagement drivers
  • Ability to design and execute creative, high-impact people initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
