Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst (Odoo) with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementations, business analysis, and functional quality assurance. The ideal candidate will act as a key bridge between clients and the technical team, ensuring that delivered solutions align precisely with business requirements and maintain high functional quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis & Solution Mapping
  Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo-based solutions.
• Odoo Functional Expertise
  Configure and support Odoo modules based on client needs, ensuring proper alignment with business workflows.
• Functional QA & Validation
  Perform manual functional testing and validation of features to ensure:
  • Deliverables meet client requirements
  • Business logic is correctly implemented
  • End-to-end processes are accurate and consistent
• UAT & Client Acceptance
  Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring successful sign-off from stakeholders.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
  Work closely with developers to clarify requirements, validate deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Client Communication
  Lead client discussions, gather feedback, and provide regular updates on progress, gaps, and improvements.
• Documentation & Process Clarity
  Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, test cases, and user manuals to maintain clear and structured documentation.
• Pre-sales & Solutioning Support
  Assist in demos, requirement scoping, and solution discussions during pre-sales activities.
• Data & System Validation
  Support data migration validation and ensure system integrity post-deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Odoo projects
• Strong hands-on experience with key Odoo modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing
• Proven experience in functional testing / QA (manual) within ERP or Odoo environments
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and process validation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of ERP workflows, business processes, and system dependencies

Preferred Skills

• Odoo Certification (v17 or above)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or MS Teams
• Basic understanding of API integrations and third-party system interactions
