We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. This role is integral to shaping our brand presence and delivering compelling video content tailored for a B2B audience. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a knack for high-speed delivery, ensuring every project communicates clearly and effectively.  

Job Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver video content across brand, marketing, and communication needs — including explainers, promotional clips, thought leadership pieces, and social content
• Work directly from scripts to produce polished, faceless video content with strong pacing and visual storytelling
• Produce short-form content optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other B2B-relevant platforms
• Utilize AI tools (Heygen, Pictory, Runway, Synthesia, Veed.io, Descript, ElevenLabs, etc.) for efficient, high-quality output
• Apply professional standards in color grading, sound design, and motion graphics across all outputs
• Support event-related video needs including highlights, recaps, and promotional edits
• Design thumbnails and occasional static visual assets to support video distribution
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently hitting deadlines
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure every output is on-brand and on-brief
• Stay current with AI video tools and proactively suggest smarter, faster ways to produce content
   

Requirement

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio, ideally in a B2B or agency context
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
• Strong command of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
• Comfortable working from written scripts and translating them into visual narratives
• Familiarity with AI-assisted video production tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight turnaround expectations
• Thumbnail and basic graphic design skills are a plus
• Understanding of platform-specific formatting for LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form content
