We’re looking for a Mid-Level Unity Developer who’s passionate about immersive technologies and has the experience and drive to help us take our work to the next level.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain AR/VR applications using the Unity engine.
Collaborate with designers, artists, and fellow engineers to create smooth, interactive, and polished experiences.
Optimize applications for various platforms including Oculus, Android, iOS, and WebXR.
Integrate third-party SDKs and APIs (e.g., AR Foundation, XR Interaction Toolkit, OpenXR, Vuforia).
Debug, test, and profile Unity applications to ensure high performance.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to feature design and planning.
Stay up to date with Unity's latest features and XR trends.
Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on experience with Unity and C#.
Strong portfolio or prior experience with AR/VR projects.
Solid understanding of 3D mathematics, scene management, and animation workflows.
Familiarity with URP/HDRP, Shader Graph, and asset optimization techniques.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
A proactive mindset and a team player attitude.
Bonus Points For
Experience with multiplayer networking (Photon, Mirror, etc.)
Working knowledge of Blender, Substance, or other 3D tools
Experience with Addressables, Localization, or Editor scripting
