Description

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Unity Developer who’s passionate about immersive technologies and has the experience and drive to help us take our work to the next level.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain AR/VR applications using the Unity engine.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and fellow engineers to create smooth, interactive, and polished experiences.
  • Optimize applications for various platforms including Oculus, Android, iOS, and WebXR.
  • Integrate third-party SDKs and APIs (e.g., AR Foundation, XR Interaction Toolkit, OpenXR, Vuforia).
  • Debug, test, and profile Unity applications to ensure high performance.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to feature design and planning.
  • Stay up to date with Unity's latest features and XR trends.

 

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Unity and C#.
  • Strong portfolio or prior experience with AR/VR projects.
  • Solid understanding of 3D mathematics, scene management, and animation workflows.
  • Familiarity with URP/HDRP, Shader Graph, and asset optimization techniques.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • A proactive mindset and a team player attitude.

 

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with multiplayer networking (Photon, Mirror, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Blender, Substance, or other 3D tools
  • Experience with Addressables, Localization, or Editor scripting
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or automated build systems
  • Passion for user-centric design and spatial UX
