We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Administrator to support our data entry and management needs. The primary responsibility of this role will be to input, manage, and maintain accurate data within our systems. This is a crucial role that ensures data integrity and accuracy, directly contributing to efficient business operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter large volumes of data into company databases and systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of data before entry and correct any discrepancies.
  • Data research or checking web pages and add the links into the system
  • Maintain and update existing data records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Perform data cleansing and organization tasks to improve the quality of the database.
  • Guarantee same data entry rules within the data team
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed, including filing and document management.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy.
  • Proficient in data entry, with the ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Experience with spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets) and database systems is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of data management and database structures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working with confidential or sensitive information.
  • High level of professionalism and reliability.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
  • Familiarity with database management software (e.g., MS Access, Oracle, Salesforce).
  • Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting.

Job Requirement

This job requires work from home, max 5 days per week together with the colleagues from the data team. Online communication by Video-Conferencing is supported to minimize personal and environmental impacts.

 

Prerequisite

You need to have a laptop or PC with a screen size of at least 17”. That is required because the spreadsheet and database work requires to have a good overview on several data input fields at the same time.
