We are looking for an Analyst — Proposals & Presales Assets who can turn raw inputs into clear, structured, and client-ready materials that help the entire presales function move faster and with higher consistency.

This is a writing and asset-building role at the core of the presales engine. You will take discovery notes, solution inputs, and senior guidance, and transform them into polished proposals, presentations, and reusable commercial materials. Your work directly influences how quickly opportunities move and how convincingly we communicate with clients.
 

Fintech23 is the FinTech business unit of Brain Station 23 PLC, building digital banking, lending, payments, remittance, eKYC, AML, and AI-driven automation solutions across Bangladesh and international markets. Alongside this, we are developing AI-enabled delivery capabilities that improve speed, quality, and execution efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Draft client-facing proposals based on discovery notes, briefs, and inputs from senior team members
• Build presales assets including solution decks, capability documents, one-pagers, case studies, demo scripts, and compliance matrices
• Translate complex FinTech and AI solutions into clear, structured, and persuasive client-ready narratives
• Maintain and organize the presales asset library, including templates, reusable content, credentials, and reference materials
• Ensure consistency and version control across all presales documents, avoiding outdated or conflicting content
• Improve the structure, formatting, readability, and visual quality of all deliverables before client submission
• Identify and fix inconsistencies such as incorrect figures, missing assumptions, scope gaps, or unsupported claims
• Collaborate with presales, solution, and technical teams to refine content and ensure accuracy
• Use AI tools to accelerate drafting, structuring, and content creation while validating output quality and correctness
• Continuously refine standard documents and reusable assets to improve team efficiency over time

Requirements / Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in content writing, business writing, presales support, consulting support, business analysis, or a related role; strong portfolios from fresh graduates may also be considered
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce structured, concise, and persuasive content
• Strong ability to translate technical or complex inputs into simple client-friendly narratives
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Word, and similar documentation tools
• Good understanding of document structure, storytelling, and presentation flow
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in logic, numbers, formatting, and assumptions
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple parallel requests and deadlines
• Familiarity with AI-assisted writing and content creation tools, with the ability to validate outputs critically
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn FinTech and AI domain concepts

Nice to Have

• Experience creating business proposals, pitch decks, or consulting-style presentations
• Exposure to FinTech domains such as digital banking, lending, payments, remittance, eKYC, or AML
• Familiarity with AI use cases such as automation, chatbots, or workflow optimization
• Experience working with templates, branding guidelines, or corporate communication standards
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Figma, or advanced PowerPoint design techniques
• Experience maintaining content libraries, documentation systems, or knowledge bases
• Exposure to working in software companies, consulting firms, or presales environments
• Understanding of B2B sales cycles and client proposal processes
