Description
The Account Management Assistant supports the Account Manager in maintaining and growing client relationships within banks, financial institutions and foreign account. This role involves assisting in regular client visits, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and supporting business development efforts related to customized software or fintech solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Visit Preparation & Support:
- Assist in scheduling and planning client meetings at banks and financial institutions everyday minimum 02 clients per day.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and relevant documentation as per require.
- Collect and organize exact client data, usage reports, and feedback prior to visits & based on that take preparation.
- On-site Client Engagement:
- Accompany Account Manager during client visits to banks or financial institutions.
- Take detailed notes during meetings update in CRM and follow up on action points.
- Observe client environment and gather insights on their operational challenges or software needs.
- Setup negotiation meeting based on requirement & monthly sync meeting for project status update.
- Relationship Management:
- Maintain communication with client contacts to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
- Support relationship-building activities to strengthen client trust and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage CRM systems and track relationship metrics.
- Renew contracts and preserve long-term partnerships.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Document visit outcomes, client requests, and follow-up activities.
- Update CRM systems with visit notes and progress.
- Prepare visit summary reports for internal teams.
- Assist for preparing invoices, agreement prepare & renew.
- Proper email communication with client for sharing status.
- Assist to prepare commercial based on client requirement.
- Coordination & Liaison:
- Coordinate between clients, internal teams (sales, technical, Finance & HR), and management for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Assist in arranging demos, workshops, or product training sessions during or after visits.
- Market & Client Intelligence:
- Monitor trends and competitive activities within client banks and the financial sector.
- Help identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on client discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 4 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of banking operations and fintech software solutions.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and appointments.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with good note-taking and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
